We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal and booking information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or to fulfill your service.
All appointments must be booked through the online booking system. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
By booking an appointment, you agree to either show up on time or cancel at least 2 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a 30% no-show fee, charged based on the total service cost.
By default, the E-Wallet System is enabled when you register. However, you may choose to disable it during the registration process.
1. Enjoy a 10% discount on every service booked using your e-wallet.
2. No need to make payments for each appointment—charges are automatically deducted from your e-wallet balance.
To continue enjoying the e-wallet service, you must maintain a minimum balance of R1,000 in your wallet at all times. If your balance falls below this amount, you will be required to top up before booking your next appointment.
Upon agreeing to register, you are required to provide a valid and active email address. This email address will be used for account verification, notifications, and communication purposes. Note: Your registration will not be completed until your email address is successfully verified.
Users must provide accurate information when registering and booking services. Misuse of the system may lead to account suspension or termination.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
